Blood Angel- Review

I am huge fan of the humor in this book - sarcasm of course. The interpersonal relationships. I loved reading about these characters. 
As a teenager,  Tucker commits horrific crimes. Rein and Wylan track him down, nab a conviction.  Fifteen years later, Tucker is released from his psychiatric hospital.  
The brutal killings begin again. 
Carrie convinces Rein to join her as they work to convict Tucker again. 
Decent plot twists if a little predictable. 
Great book!
